The School of Theatre at Florida State will hold General Auditions on Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 10:00 am until approximately 5:00 pm (or until the last appointment is made) in The Fallon Theatre in The Fine Arts Building on the corner of Copeland and Call Streets. Audition Appointments will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis beginning July 25.
Once your audition request has been received, we will reply back to you with an appointment confirmation and additional details.
Each auditionee has 90 seconds in which they may perform two contrasting monologues, or a monologue and a cut of a song. Auditions must be acapella, there will be no accompanist provided.
Auditions are open to the public and you do not have to be a current FSU student to participate. If you have further questions, please send an e-mail request to email@example.com, and a confirmation e-mail will be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept phone requests.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled audition time to check in and complete the necessary paperwork.
Those who audition on August 23, 2020 will be considered for the following shows. The commitment dates are listed with each production title below.
