Heroes of the Fourth Turning follows a group of alumni from the Transfiguration College of Wyoming. Reunited to celebrate the promotion of their longtime mentor to the president of the institution, tempers flare when drunken questions about self-identity and the past they all shared together come to the surface.

Renowned as one of the buzziest new plays of 2019, Will Arbery’s Heroes of the Fourth Turning debates the worthiness of claiming ideological differences and insists we learn to listen to each other, as it investigates religious conservatism at the intersection of whiteness.
