Plays on School Days is a field trip opportunity that provides students with an entertaining and educating live theatre experience. For just $5 a ticket, over 9,000 local elementary school students and educators have enjoyed theatrical adaptations of popular books for young audiences. This year we are proud to present The True Story of the Three Little Pigs, based on the book by Jon Scieszka.
Reservations are accepted beginning in August 2019 and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific time slots will be confirmed according to availability and the estimated size of your group. Time slots fill up quickly every year, so teachers are encouraged to submit a request early.
* Please note that the School of Theatre ensures a speedy and efficient process in getting students back on the buses after the show in order to make it back in time for the 1:30 pm bus return. This has not yet been an issue in previous years.
