Tony Award® nominee and School of Theatre alum Montego Glover (BFA Music Theatre, 1996) is starring in the new Broadway musical It Shoulda Been You as Annie Shepard, a Maid of Honor at a wedding.
It Shoulda Been You is the hilarious new musical comedy about what happens before happily ever after. This production also stars Tony Award® winners Tyne Daly and Harriet Harris as the mothers of the bride and groom and the matriarchs of two comically different families. Well before anyone gets to walk down the aisle, plots will be hatched, secrets will be exposed, and sweet, hysterical chaos will be everywhere. It’s an uproarious new musical that proves when it comes to wedding day insanity, it’s all relative.
It Shoulda Been You opens April 14th! For more information visit https://www.itshouldabeenyou.com.
Glover previously originated the lead role of Felicia Farrell in Memphis for which she received a Tony Award® nomination (Lead Actress in a Musical), after her Broadway debut in The Color Purple (Nettie).
