School of Theatre Alum is Looking for Another Tony Award

Darren Bagert is a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer currently behind the production Of Mice and Men and the recent production of The Glass Menagerie on Broadway, both of which have been nominated for multiple Tony Awards. Darren is not new to Broadway or the awards season. He produced The Best Man (2012 Tony Award Nominee), The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess (2012 Tony Award Winner), Bonnie and Clyde and Picnic. Darren was behind the revival of Guys and Dolls (2009 Tony Award Nominee), Stephen Sondheim’s COMPANY (2007 Tony Award Winner) and Sweeney Todd staring Patti LuPone (2006 Tony Award Winner). Darren also produced Frozen (2004 Tony Award Nominee), Long Day’s Journey Into Night (2003 Tony Award Winner) and Gore Vidal’s The Best Man (2001 Tony Award Nominee).
