BFA Application materials to be received ONE WEEK prior to the audition:

• BFA Application (octet-stream 37.50 kB) (downloadable document)
• High school or college transcript
• Resume
• Headshot
• Typewritten letter stating your educational and career goals
• Three letters of recommendation
